       Position                           : Purchase Assistant ;   code ( PA)

         Department                             : Material 

         Working Location                   : Purwakarta / Karawang

   b. Job description :

1.       Create MRP (quality material / part)

2.       Create delivery schedule and follow up

3.       Control raw material and receipt,counting and store in concern location

4.       Control of supply raw materials to production

5.       File documentation,included stock check monthly

6.       Implementation of 5S in store  area

   c. Requirement  :

· Bachelor Degree min D III in mechanical engineering.

· Have experience min. 2 years same position

· Male, 25 – 35 years old

· Computerize, such as Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, Power Point & SAP or other ERP Program

· Understand and capable to implement iso 9001 :2004 and understand of iso ts16949 :2002 is more advantage

· Preferred stay at nearby company (purwakarta , karawang)

       Position                           : Quality Inspector ;   code (  QCInsp)

         Department                             : Quality Control

         Working Location                 
: Purwakarta / Karawang

   b. Job description :

1.       Reporting monthly report of internal quality achievement to Ass Mng, have emphasized problem solving and extensive  “hands-on” in trouble shooting on prod floor.

2.    Responsible to manage 3rd group of quality line, including 5 S and Safety control

3.    Product development, manage all aspects of new product development, with respect to product  

       quality design, quality control process planning, preparing FMEA of product & process

   c. Requirement  :

a. Bachelor Degree min STM/diii in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.

b. Have experience min. 2 years in related position special in automotive manufacture

c. Understand in welding and have experienced in QCC

d. Male / Female , 20-26 years old

e. Understand and capable to implement iso 9001 :2004 and understand of iso ts16949 :2002 is more

Advantage

g. Computer literate: excel, word and minitab application and autocad is more advantage

f. Preferred stay at nearby company (purwakarta , karawang)
