You are expected to lead a team of professionals covering all areas of operations, Payments, Treasury, Cash Equities, Reference Data, Securities and Reporting etc. You will be required to constantly review control workflows to ensure regulatory guidelines are being adhered to and be involved in new business initiatives and process re-engineering. The successful candidate should possess at least 10 years of working experience in an Investment Bank/Financial Institution with 3 years of managerial experience in a back office environment. Knowledge and understanding of IDX, KPEI, KSEI and BAPEPAM and Capital market laws is a MUST. You should be familiar with JSX and BAPEPAM regulatory reporting requirements and the basic treasury and funding functions relating to settlement with KSEI. You have to be proficient in English language and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
