GBCI (Green Building Council of Indonesia) is a member of World Green Building Council (WGBC) based in Toronto, Canada. WGBC currently has 64 member states and recognizes only one GBC in each country.GBCI conducts public education activities and extensive Green Building Certification in Indonesia based on specific assessment tools named Indonesia GREENSHIP.
GBCI is now looking for:
1. Secretary for Rating Division.
Qualifications are:
* Min. D3 degree in any discipline or min. academy of secretary
* Min. 2 years experiences in relevant field
* Highly motivated, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, hardworking, presentable, able to work in a team and under pressure
* Must demonstrate strong writing and editing skills
* Computer literacy (fluent in the use of software applications, such as Word and PowerPoint)
* Good command in English
* Ability to do multitasking assignments and work in team
* Manage and work with internal and external business partners
* Maintain project calendar
* Deliver communications within assigned deadlines
* Able to start immediately
2. Technical Writer/Analyst for Rating Division
Qualifications are:
* Min. S1 degree (Master Degree is prefered) with architecture, civil, landscape, plannology background is prefered.
* Have work experience in Building Management is highly considerable.
* Have high passion in environmental issue & study new things, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
* Hardworker, fast learner, able to work in a team, able to do multitasking assignments and under pressure
* Good command in English, especially in written technical English.
* Computer literacy
* Preferably already posses a notebook computer
