  • Planning sites ( propose the central points for new sites ) for improvement or new coverage , propose  antenna used for the proposed sites ( including the antenna configuration such as the type, height, azimuth, etc) ,configuring the proper  BTS type  and all criteria required by clients and target coverage including creating BOQ ( bill of quantity ) for radio part before start the rollout.
  • Analyzing and working together with SITAC and CME team for rollout progress, coordinating the search area range, choosing the candidate for sites after being surveyed by collecting information from report survey, and online tracking.
  • Ensuring site readiness according to  Rollout plan within timelines from Radio part.(planning part)
  • Providing all radio parameters for planning (RAN Parameter Set (RRM, PC, HOC, etc) as area basis and Site type basis (urban, suburban, rural, micro, macro, pico) -Defining of Site specific parameters (neighbor list) etc
  • Excellent in English, both written or verbal preferably
