1. Human Resource Executive [HR-Ex]
Brief Job Description:
Hiring and maintaining necessary staffing levels of employees, calculation of payroll and employee tax, insurance requirements both for company and employee, updating and enforcing of the government human resource regulations, updating employee rules and regulation handbooks, and able to work with company senior management.
• Minimum background education Bachelor degree (Any Major)
• Mature male
• Experienced and has interest in HR matters
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Able to work in Lebak Bulus or Sawangan and travel to field
2. HRD Staff ( HRS)
Brief Job Description:
Recruitment, Payroll, updating data employee, Filling, lettering for HR, making work agreement, handling
insurance, jamsostek, absence, etc
• Min Background education bachelor degree (S1) Majoring Psychology, Law, Technic Industry
• Male or Female 22-30 years old
• Experience in HR min 1 year
• Good in english both (oral and writing)
• Good in Computer Literacy (Word, excell, power point)
• Able to work indepedent or as a team
• Able to work under preasure
• Have good communication with other
