Operation Manager ; Post Date: 7 July 2008

Reporting to the Management, this challenging position will responsible for managerial leadership in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluation all operational functions, ensure the consistency of system, industrial relation, policy and procedures. S/He must have outstanding supervision, coaching and mentoring, proven problem solving skills, initiative, proactive and result oriented. Responsibilities include initiate the strategic operational planning, quality control, cost reductions, productivity and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 7 years experience working in related role within Logistics industry. History of involving in strategic planning, resource allocation, and expertise of supply chain management and integrated logistics is an asset. The ability to handle complaints, settling disputes, resolving grievances and conflicts or otherwise negotiating with others are all essential. Excellent capability in motivating, developing and directing people as they work are highly desirable. Conversant in English is also required.

Marketing Representative ; Post Date: 7 July 2008

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position will be responsible for acting as a marketing representative for ISO Tank business. Responsibilities include controlling the ISO Tank equipments for incoming and Outgoing Tank, pro actively to the market identify, approaching and developing business opportunities for ISO Tank and establishing the report system for tank movement and also for marketing report.

To be considered for this position, you must have 5 years experience working as Marketing within Logistics or Freight Forwarder industries. Participation in ISO Tank project or having knowledge of integrated ISO Tank Operation is an added benefit. Excellent communication skills and approaching clients and fluency in English skills is necessary.
