- Preferred Basic competency in IT tools, methods and process includes:
· Messaging : E-mail, MS-Outlook
1 General SW : MS-Office, ESOE, VISIO
2 Project Management software: MS-Project
3 Information Search : Internet, Intranet, Knowledge Sharing Tools
4 IT security directives, Database Handling
- To set-up and functioning Site Handler project control system up to date, to reflect the latest project status – based on determined periodic date of updating and reporting.
- To perform the planning processes and system includes project scheduling, tracking, analysis and reporting, in required formats.
- In conjunction with the Project Conttroller and IT Departments, to create a database for project cost control, utilising MUS.
- To prepare accurate and timely project reports includes progress, schedule achievement, cost performance, performance analysis, forecasting, item of concern and proposed corrective actions on a regular basis, in order to assist the Project Manager in fulfilling project requirements and objectives.
- To track-down deliverables progress by using effective communication and expediting with Partners / Vendors / Suppliers and related Departments, as required.
- To assist Project Administrator in consolidating PR and PO status for each project up to closing, as assigned.
- In conjuction with Project Manager, to prepare project reports and project communication plan as required, to Customer.
- To prepare Project Minutes of Meetings, for Internal & External project management meeting events.
- Work in conformance with Company Quality Management System, PROPS-C Ericsson Customer Project Model, and applicable Company Guidelines, Policies and Regulations.
- In conjunction with Project Manager, develop a project management plan or Project Specification, consistent with NRO Project Classification at EID to fulfil project requirement.
- Have minimum two years working experience in project planning / scheduling / controlling, preferably in Telecommunication Industry .
- Bachelor Degree or Technical College, preferably in telecommunication, science, engineering or business discipline.

Why do you request knowledge for Project Management software in MS-Project? Why not other software? There are plenty out there, a lot more cheaper, maybe more easy to be handled, etc. Try RationalPlan and you'll see. If I do not use MS-Project from obvious reasons is this an impediment to get a job like this?
