Channel Development Manager

Job title : Channel Development Manager

Language (s) fluency in spoken and written English and able to communicate Chinese (mandarin and/or hokkien) will be an advantage.
Qualifications, relevant skills or experiences required :
· 5 to 10 years FMCG background
· at least a minimum of 3 years Sales Management with hands on people management experience
· experience should cover both the Modern Retailers and the Traditional Trade
· Willing and able to travel within the archipelago.
· The applicant from ex-APP/APRIL staff would be considered, or the candidates at least 5-10 years have blush with paper or paper related product.

Job objective :
- Just insert Liaise with HQ on marketing/branding activities. Start communication with the media/advertising/research agencies

Job responsibility:

1. The overall management of representative office.
· This will include developing the Country Business Plan and a rolling 3 year plan.
· Assist in recruitment of the other staff.
· Submit monthly reports to HQ on sales performance and tracking/evaluation of in market activities.
· Liaise with HQ on marketing activities.
· Be the ultimate custodian of the brand in his country.
· Manage the approved budget.

2. Responsible for sales development and monthly performance.
· Develop business relationship with the distributor, dealers and the trade channels.
· Increase market share in each channel.
· Maximize market penetration and coverage.
· Develop marketing programs to support our channel partners.
· Effectively implement promotion programs in all channels.
· Effectively manage channel partners’ sales team in terms of training and increasing their effectiveness as salesmen.
· Assist our distributor in direct negotiations with the modern retailers.

3. Responsible for channel development.
· Develop product channel initiatives such as Copy Centers, Stationery Shops and Catalogue.
· Identify key dealers and develop stronger working relationship.


Position : Power Plant Manager
Responsibilities : 1. To execute Power Plant Process under company‘s contract and government regulation.
2. To manage Sales Contract of Power, Stream and Ashes which were engaged with customer
3. To proceed service contract with other service companies such as IPM, PPMC,KK
4. To take care persons under your responsibility in compensation, benefits & allowance, safety & sanitation and labor law of train & development
5. Summarize production’s report, monthly report, quarter report and annual report to related persons
6. Proceed Power plant follow as ISO regulation
7. Plan and estimate budget of plant project and manage the budget
8. Control waste product and pollution in order to make environment friendly for the community nearby
9. Responsible for procedure planning of emergency cases
10. Operate other tasks follow as the authority.

Qualification : 1. Education
- Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or related field ( Master Degree in Management will be preferred)


2. Experience
- 3 years or above in Power Plant or related business

- Power Plant principal, Power Purchasing Agreement, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
