MAC Consulting was founded in 2003. It is one of the leading
executive search firms in many Industries. Our firm is in continuous
contact with a variety of companies within the industry which helps
both our clients and candidates in finding the best possible fit.

We are currently searching for our clients from different industries
the following positions:
1. HR Generalist (middle managerial position) : have a strong
background in the area of Personnel Management and Industrial
Relations. Bachelor degree from any disciplines (From LAW background
will be an advantage). Strong knowledge of Indonesian Government
Labour Laws.
2. Head of Personnel (for store) : have experiences in recruitment,
industrial relation, and personnel administration. Bachelor degree
with 3 years of personnel management experience.
3. Recruitment Manager : have experience in manpower planning and
recruitment process. Will be an advantage if having experience in the
head hunter business. Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in
the field of HR development. Sound strategic and analystical
capabilities.
4. Accounting and Tax Manager : accountable for producing timely and
accurate financial reports in accordance with the prevailing tax
regulations. Necessary to have an in-depth understanding in financial
reporting, budgeting and tax issues. Detailed oriented, sound
analytical and human relation skills is a must have. Bachelor degree
in accounting with 5 years of experience as an accounting chief in a
manufacturing industry.
5. Account Manager : bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of
experiences in sales, customer service and supply chain management.
Having a manufacturing background will be an advantage.
6. Area Sales Manager : accountable to developing and executing a
customized selling strategy for the region in line with the company's
business objectives. Must have a strong understanding in retail sales
and distribution through distributors, as well as strong analytical
and interpersonal skills. Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience
in building materials, automotive, and/or consumer products will be
an advantage.
7. Remittance Specialist : having experience in the banking industry,
especially in the area of remittance or product development. Bachelor
Degree.
8. Supply Chain and Logistic Manager : having experience in the
factory and managing supply chain as well as logistics management.
9. Manufacturing Manager : accountable for production, quality,
supply chain, maintenance and utilities as well as human resources
management. 10 years of experience and having a bachelor degree in
mechanical/chemical engineering.
10. Corporate Human Resources Manager : accountable in formulating
and interating HR policies in recruitment, development, and
performance management for a group of companies. Education background
in Psychology, with 10 years of experience in human resources
development and industrial relations in a manufacturing industry.

All positions, requires good command of English and teamwork as well
as leadership skills. Applications must already in the above
positions for at least 1-2 years.
