CHIEF ENGINEER
General requirements:
1.
Male, age between 30 - 40 years old.
2.
Possess a Bachelor Degree (S-1) of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from a reputable university with minimum of 3.0
3.
Minimum 5 years experience as Engineer in hotel / shopping malls / high rise building property.
4.
Good knowledge in maintenance system of engineering operations
5.
Proven leadership experience
6.
Proficiency in providing consultancy and management assistance service to residents
7.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
