Requirements:
• Min. 5 years in Training and Career Development & Talent
Development; and minimum 3 years in managerial level
• Max. 45 years old
• Suitable industry: Banking is preferred
• Bachelor degree
• English skills is a must
• Have experience in competency based people development; sound
understanding of organizational behavior
