We are a stainless steel and aluminum fabrication manufacture
located in North Surabaya. We invite young, enthusiastic and strong willed

A.
Human Resources Manager (HRM)

B.
Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

C.
Assessment Specialist (ADS)

Description & Requirement

A. Human Resourcs Manager (HRM)

Reporting to The Director & VP, you are initially responsible to set
new organization, its' system & procedures, work along with Plant Manager
to recruit team, develop teamwork. On later operation, you will manage HR
strategic as well as monitor operations. You will handle C&B, T&D, IR,
ER, GA departments.

Selected candidates would be you who have:

·
Psychologist (master/ professional), focus on
industrial/ organizational

·
Experience min 8 years in HR, strong backbone in
people development

·
Understand well of integrated HR Management
framework

·
Has hands-on experience in either
industrial/employee relation or remuneration or general affairs AND valuable
exposure in others

·
Good command of English

·
Team leader and team worker

·
Open minded and easy going personality

B. Finance
& Accounting Manager (FAM)

Reporting to The Director & VP, you are responsible for total
management of financial issues. A multi-tasking and highly qualified team is
what you need to develop. You will work along with Plant Manager and HR Manager.


Selected candidates would be you who have:

·
Accountancy degree

·
Experience min 8 years in Finance &
Accounting, 2 years of which in managerial position

·
Has hands-on experience in taxation and cost
accounting

·
Good command of English

·
Team leader and team worker

·
Open minded and easy going personality

C. Assessment & Development Specialist (ADS)

Reporting
to HR Manager you will handle recruitment services and training. You will be
team-up with your colleagues in other sites to develop and operate assessment
centre.

Selected candidates would be you who have:

·
Psychologist (master/ professional)

·
Mastering psychometric testing and/or behavioral
assessment

·
Sensible business understanding

·
Professional working experience of 2 years in
assessment and/or training

·
Interdependent team player

·
Good communication skill
