• Excellent track record of selling Telecom services and solutions.
• Posses a proven track record of converting leads to closed business.
• 8+ years of work experience as a sales / business development professional.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding of market and have the experience of Telco Sales.
• Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts penetration strategy.
• Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing skills, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills and negotiation skills
• should be self motivated.
• Ability to manage and grow multiple clients independently.

Job Description

• Manage Global Sourcing Opportunities in the Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) service area across all key geographies (US, UK&EMEA, AP)
• Manage the Validation, Qualification, Solution Design and Win Stages of the Deal Pursuit Lifecycle (Deal to Operate/Service Delivery) including Solution Desing; RFI/RFP/RFQ Responses; Capability Assessments; Client Visits
• Well versed with sizing and estimation of Remote Infrastructure Management/IO services with proven ability to develop and drive Bid/Service costing
• Will be the owner and single point of contact for all related marketing communications material with respect to the IO area through creation and pro-active management of:
o Whitepapers, approach papers, case studies, brochures, etc.

• Core Skills
o Understanding of the Deal Pursuit Lifecycle (Deal to Operate/Service Delivery) or its equivalent for Infrastructure Outsourcing Services
o Detailed understanding of Sales Engagement/Opportunity Management of the Deal Pursuit Lifecycle or equivalent
o Expert understanding of Opportunity Validation, Qualification, Solution Design and Win stages of Deal Pursuit Lifecycle
o Project Management Skills for managing multiple concurrent projects such as RFP Responses, Solution Design, Capability Assessments, Client Visit Management
o Experience and a thorough understanding of Bid/Service Pricing for both Discrete Projects and Annuity Deals
o Good Understanding of the Outsourcing Vendor Evaluation & Selection Process and Criteria from a Buyers perspective
o Demonstrable experience in managing $M large annuity outsourcing deals and achieving/contributing to deal closure
o Not merely coordinating RFP's but a demonstrable ability to drive opportunities (should have contributed to large wins) with a laser focus on the objective to 'WIN' opportunities
o Good Understanding of at least one industry domain and target market (U.S. or UK)
