Urgently Needed : Purchasing Officer Buddha Bar

PURCHASING OFFICER for Buddha Bar Requirements: 1.       At least three years of experience as Purchasing staff in hotels/ restaurant industries. 2.       Have a good networking and ability to negotiate with local supplier, meet with vendors, and control the system based on schedule and desired goods. 3.       Ability to visually inspect products and storerooms. 4.       Proficiency with computerized systems, establishes daily/weekly delivery schedules, monitor contract negotiations and compliance, and resolve any product problems. 5.       Handling data of suppliers quotation, sampling, documents and prepare the monthly report for the outstanding PO to inform direct supervisor in decision making matter. 6.       May work extra hours or weekends as required for departmental activities.     If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume and recent photographs to: pingkan@buddha-bar.co.id
