Job Career Opportunity: National Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Our client is one of the leading multinational companies in fast
moving consumer goods industry. It is the leading producer and
marketer of halal fresh processed meat products for retail,
foodservice, and institutional customers in Indonesia. Its product
line includes sausages, meatballs, luncheon burgers, and cold cuts in
assorted retail pack sizes for modern and traditional outlets.

In order to maintain its competitive stance in the market, the client
seeks to identify a highly qualified professional to take on the
challenges as a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER / HEAD OF SALES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish Sales and "tactical" activities through (1) set-up
specific target for each region/channel, (2) develop strategies and
operational activities/promotion/plans to achieve the targets, (3)
develop detailed distribution plans for the products;

- Develop criteria's and performance indicators of sales operations
in each region/channels;

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of each channel through the
review/analysis of reports and from findings, execute actions to
improve performance;

- Gather and analyze market info through information from the field ;
monitor competitors activities/products and prices and be able to
develop strategies to beat competition.

- Develop program/promotion activities and execute national sales
promotion in all regions/channels; and

- Manage staff performance and development as he assists his team in
meeting the performance plans targets (focus: achieving sales
targets).

REQUIREMENTS:

The Client articulated the need for a highly potential manager, at
least in his mid- to late 30's with at least seven (7) to ten (10)
experience in sales (currently holding an NSM role/ or an RSM role but
ripe to move to the next level) preferably honed in the fast moving
consumer goods industry. Client has articulated openness to consider
credentials of potentials (those currently holding assistant manager
levels, or RSM levels).
