CHIEF ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Engineering department in accordance with hotel standards.
2. Direct all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, painting, carpentry, recycling, ground care and parking areas.
3. Manage other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
4. Must have 5+ years management experience in hotel or building engineering maintenance.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. 5 years experience with knowledge of western cuisine and experience in Asia
2. Having worked in a five-star hotel before is a must,
3. Culinary diploma/degree,
4. Experienced Executive Sous Chef ready for a promotional opportunity
5. Experience training new recruits and department trainers and HACCP.
   
   

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION

1. Mature, adaptable, flexible, positive outlook, patient, professional, in good health with professional appearance,
2. Good English communication skills and one or more other languages
3. CANDIDATES WITH PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND IN MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE IS DESIREABLE

REMUNERATION:

1. 5000-5500 USD net with option of increments after 6 months
2. Company paid life insurance with the option to purchase supplemental coverage
