HR Senior Assistant (HRSA)
Report to: HROE Manager
Job Purpose: Recruitment & Personnel Administration
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Seek out, screen and notify selected applicants of job openings.
- Interview applicants & promote career opportunities within an organization.
- Conduct test selection & references check & reporting.
- Recommends prospective employees for employment.
- Establish and maintain networks with recruitment sources.
- Record and evaluate various pertinent data.
- Extends offers of employment to successful candidates.
- Up date employee status
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1 degree from Psychology
- 2-4 years experience handling Recruitment, Selection & Personnel
Administration. Experience in Assessment Centre is an advantage.
- Core Competencies: target oriented, analytical thinking, customer oriented,
and good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Able to design job test and test methods suitable to the job.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Willing to travel out of town.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access.
- Able to work independently
Senior Organization Development Officer (OD)
Report to: HROE Manager
JOB PURPOSES:
- JOB ANALYSIS & JOB EVALUATION
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- REMUNERATION MANAGEMENT
- CAREER PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Min. S-1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM/MBA – concentrate in
human resources.
2. Good and depth knowledge on Organization Development (OD): Job Analysis, Hay
Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Reward Management, Talent
Management, Career planning and people development, Balanced Scorecard.
3. More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position.
4. Good in communication & leadership
5. Have positive attitude & a passion in met and develop people & group.
6. Willing to travel
7. English is a must
Account Payable Staff
Report to: Finance Head
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify document or data for payment
- Prepare Expense Approval related to PO and other purchasing document.
- Journal & Posting Expense Approval document.
- Prepare & verify invoice, and record every invoice that been paid.
- Other related additional duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. D3 Accounting
- 1 or 2 years experience in finance & accounting
- Good attention to detail
- Good in administration & filling system
- Able to control stress
- No problem with over time when needed, especially when closing time.
