Educational Qualification : D3 - S1
Experience required : 1 or 2 years
Responsibility : - Making outbound call for Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Taking inbound and outbound e-mail and SMS
- Taking care of Welcome Package/Invitation/ Gift distribution
- Taking inbound call
Any special requirements : Clear vocal, fair intonation & accent, medium speed of speech,
Able to use Microsoft Office and Internet
Number of Person(s) Required : 1
Languages Proficiency : Good English Written / Spoken.
2. PRODUCT AND PARTS LOGISTIC
1). Brief description of the scope of tasks and responsibilities Responsible as Product specialist accessories and lifestyle with develop original accessories and lifestyle business. Monitoring and train the following business to dealers dedicated product specialist by ensure the business growth. Responsibility to assist any accessories/ lifestyle issues from Dealers by proposes close problem solving. Responsibility to placing special order such us special tools, accessories/ lifestyle and execute immediate delivery to dealers. Responsibility for claim process. 2). Internal/External Contacts Describe the type and frequency of contacts. Internal § Daily contact with Parts Logistics Manager.§ Daily contact with Parts Logistic Colleagues.§ Continuous contact with Head of Sales Marketing and Logistic. External § Daily contact with service providers (staff of warehouse and transportation companies).§ Some contact with ID's dealers.§ Some contact with BMW AG and BMW Malaysia. 3).
