Jr. Purchasing Managers
This position will report to Sr. Purchasing Manager. This position
is responsible for negotiating price, delivery and service levels
with current and potential new vendors for the purchase of spare
part , logistic, transportation items and services needed to ensure
its alignment with the Purchasing Division objectives.
Requirements
Education and working experience :
„~ Graduation from recognized university (minimum GPA =
3.00 ) with a bachelor degree in Economics, Business
Administration, Industrial Engineering, and Mechanical
Engineering
„~ Minimum 7 years of extensive experience in Purchasing
management in a large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
multinational companies.
Knowledge, skills, and attitude requirements
- Posses the skill and knowledge to perform vendor
negotiations as to best price, delivery and service while
maintaining the material, product or service specification.
- Posses the skill to effectively evaluate performance of
vendors and personnel.
- Has a broad range of knowledge and skills related to
purchasing
- Posses the skill to analyze and interpret internal and
external financial and product data.
- Knowledge of MRP concepts and practices.
- Ability to establish and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and
English
- Very organized and detail oriented.
- Good at establishing and maintaining goals.
- The ability to work well with others in the organization to
achieve overall established goals
- Possess strong planning skills.
- Strong understanding of overall financial concepts of
business.
- The ability and skills to establish and maintain priorities.
