- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting/Taxation in public company.
- Have experiences in Developer or Property are preferred
- Master in budgeting, forecasting & Controlling

- Max 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Accounting/Taxation in public company. Have experiences in Property Management Office are preferred.
- Capable of preparing financial report, analizing data record/input, and all financial aspecs from property management
- Capable of using accounting computerizing system and computer literature. Have experiences with property management office system are preferred

Admin Bank / Account Payable Staff
- Male/Female
- Max 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
· Minimal Diploma (D3) in Finance / Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in the field of Accounting/Taxation in public company. Have experiences in Property Management Office are preferred
- Computer literate-minimum Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, World, Power Point)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Resident Relation & Activity Dept
- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- having min. D 3 (preferable in Hotel Mgt-Front Office)
- Neat,Charming,friendly, energetic, pleasant personality, highly customer service oriented and mature
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Team palyer, sociable and communicative
- Minimum 2 years working exeperiences in the same position min 4 star hotel or Service Apt
- Execellent in Spoken & Written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with Computer (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work under pressure
- Wiling to work in shift
- able to speak Korean will be an additional value
IT Programmer
