Local Content Expert - Oil Service

 

My client is worldwide oil services company is urgently looking for Local Content Expert. The qualification as follows:

Local Content Specialist – Job Description:

 

·         Responsible to build strategy for all product lines' local content and drive the implementation of the strategies

·         Work with Operations to establish local manufacturing facilities and drive the process to obtain certification in order to compete in tenders

·         Review all local content tender and contract submission for all product lines to ensure correct and consistent method of calculation for BHI LC commitment

·         Responsible to submit Local content contract monitor to customer

·         Be the point of contact, internally and externally, for all local content related matter

·         Maintain documentations and filing to support local content audit

 

Qualifications:

• Well versed in PTK 007/2004 and PTK 007-Revisi1/2009 BP Migas regulations on Local Content
• Well versed in Permen Perindustrian No. 049/2009 and Permen 11/2006 regulations on Local Content
• Experienced in the application of both PTK 007 and Permen Perindustrian regulations above
• Experienced in TKDN certification process with Department of Industry, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Bachelor degree required
• Competent and fluent in written and spoken English
