- implementing industrial labor relations programs
- interpreting and administering issues with respect to grievances, wages and salaries, employee tax, employee welfare, healthcare, pensions, union and management practices, and other related issues;
checking and executing data entry of personnel related data (e.g. new hires, leaves, absent) to SAP HR and other related Human Resources Information System

The Person:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law / Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management or related field (Female preferable)
- Minimum 2 years labor/employee relations experience, including at least 1 year in the Principal Employee Relations Attorney
- Thorough knowledge of personnel management principles, Labor Law, rules and regulations in related areas, including knowledge of court operations and structure
- High level of integrity
- Ability to develop and conduct trainings and deliver effective presentations
- Ability to negotiate solutions
- Ability to objectively investigate and report on issues and problems
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in and facilitate a team environment to achieve desired results
- A high degree of energy and initiative
