Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor
Requirements:
- Male, preferred age max 30 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in same position with significant successful track record
- Minimum 2 years related experience required in Foods & Beverages Company is a must
- Experience in general operational, distribution oversight, and managing a sales team
- Have outstanding leadership abilities; can inspire and motivate

ABAP Programmer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical specifications for ABAP programs.
- Perform coding and testing of program modules in accordance with the design specifications.
- Maintain, fine-tune and debug applications.
- Work closely with project team members to validate functional design of customized functions and resolve issues arising from such test activities.
- Support SAP user in answering to their day to day queries and providing technical and troubleshooting support.
- Support installation of application releases into production as required.
- Propose effective solution that optimizes user experience in executing processes in SAP.
- Establish, adopt and maintain the programming guidelines, methodologies and naming conventions for all ABAP objects.
- Work on all aspects of ABAP/4 like reports (Classical & Interactive), Layout sets, BDC, Transaction, Dialogue Programming, SAP scripts, Smart forms, User exits, RFC, IDOC, ALE, EDI, BAPI, LSMW, Workflow.
- Work on enhancements/change requests and any other related SAP projects as required.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent from reputable University.
- Proficiency in ABAP/4 programming language.
- Good knowledge in BAPI, BADI, user exit, smartform etc.
- Strong development skills across different SAP modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR.
- Min. 1 (one) year of experience in SAP ABAP rollout or implementation and system support.
- Experience in 1-2 full SAP lifecycle implementations would be an advantage.
- Fresh Graduate who understanding ABAP/ Programming are welcome
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Mandarin literate is an advantage
Engineer Section Head (East Karawang based)
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related fields in foods and beverages industry
- Good knowledge in Programmable Logic Control (PLC): Siemens PLC
- Good knowledge in Electrical Wiring Diagram
- Good literacy in English both oral and written is a must.
- Familiar in working with office programs (word processor, spread sheet, etc).
- Will be based in Factory (East Kawarang)
Management Information System (MIS) Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Holds minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Management Information System/ or equivalent from a reputable university
- Having minimal 3 years experience in managerial level in related field and 5 years experienced in SAP Module.
- Strongly understand the concept of System Development of Life Cycle
- Deep hands-on functional experience in the SAP R/3 modules and business process, systems design, configuration and implementation of SAP system and cross-modules / applications integration
- Proficiency in ABAP/4 programming language.
- Good knowledge in BAPI, BADI, user exit, smartform etc.
- Strong development skills across different SAP modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR.
- At least 5 (five) years of experience in SAP ABAP rollout or implementation and system support.
- Experience in 8-10 full SAP lifecycle implementations, SAP certified is preferred
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent managerial skills & strong leadership qualities
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical problem solving skills
- Reliable, High Integrity, Discipline in time management and prioritizing, and a good team player
- Mandarin literate is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Management Information System (MIS) generation
- To provide technology, infrastructure and project management support
- To ensure that all related systems and process improvement MIS are effectively implemented
- To ensure the accurate MIS reporting, consolidations and data analysis are in place and available in a timely manner to support the business directions
- Work on all aspects of ABAP/4 like reports (Classical & Interactive), Layout sets, BDC, Transaction, Dialogue Programming, SAP scripts, Smart forms, User exits, RFC, IDOC, ALE, EDI, BAPI, LSMW, Workflow.
- Work on enhancements/change requests and any other related SAP Modules as required
- Implement searching, customizing and development the application and / or software, as the solution for efficiency and effective
- Ability to analyze 'As Is' and 'To Be' business processes, complete complex business design for gap / interfaces and configure system to user requirements
- Manage the Business System project implementation (consulting partner, key users, business process requirements, improvement and change management, other resources & working schedules, system deliverables, training, manuals, etc.)
Key Account Supervisor (Jakarta based)
Requirements:
- Male, preferred age max 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing) with experience min 2 years in same position
- Minimum 2 years related experience required in Foods & Beverages Company is a must
- Having experience in Modern Market is a must.
- Strong Analytical & Negotiation skills
- Highly self motivated, a hard worker and achievement oriented
- Excellent communication in English both written & spoken
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales
- Responsible for the operational sales & promo in key account outlets.
- Identify Key Account data in Indonesia
- Make and negotiate a business plan.
- Make yearly promotion plan
- Negotiate with key accounts to make the implementation of marketing plan involving product management, pricing, merchandising, display, promotion.
- Development new outlets to prepare a good business.
- Monitoring product availability & listing of product availability in the managed account.
- Ensuring the availability of stock items in the store on the accounts there
