As management consultants / headhunting company, we are now representing our client, one of the top multi-finance company which provides credit facilities for retail products such as; computers, electronics, and household appliances is currently in need for a senior profile for the position of:

HEAD OF COLLECTION

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all collection support activities
- Managing, leading, developing and motivating the team of Collections
- Responsible to identify Collection department risks and ensure
appropriate controls Setting up Collection Operation and Cost
Controlling
- Ensure Collection Compliance issues if any are followed up
adequately and timely manner.
- Provide assistance and recommendations for improving credit
policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure effective query resolution to maximise collection potential

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Busines
studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Credit And Collection, Credit And Collection
Management, Credit Appraisal.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Must have 5 year(s) of working experience in the credit and
collection area
- Preferably Senior Management: Senior manager/Manager position or
equivalent.
- Have previous exposure of managing a large team within this area
and the ability to lead through a period of change whilst ensuring
consistent delivery of results
- Having experience in retail financial service and/or multifinance
company would be an advantage
