Very Urgent , Account Payable Staff

-MBS CONSULTING- URGENTLY NEEDS ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF ·         Performs accuracy verification of items received, general ledger account & department charged and invoice extensions. ·         Perform file maintenance activities for purchase orders, receiving documents, signed check copies, computer print outs and other documentation pertaining to accounts payable operations. ·         Assists with month end and year end closing process, including payments, reversals, and accruals. ·         Responsible for verification on Accounts Payable to meet 3-way matching (DO-PO-Invoice) ·         Ensure Approval is in place for all AP before payment ·         Receive phone calls from Vendors/Employees to provide issue resolutions surrounding AP process ·         Input journal entries to Accpac system, for all Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely recording     Requirements: ·         Bachelor degree in Accounting From Reputable University -   Age max 25 years old ·         At least One year experience in Account Payable, through understanding of purchasing and receiving procedures. ·          Working knowledge of computer software to include Acc pac & All Windows applications ·         Effective management, organizational and communication skills. ·         Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. ·         Strong Team Player ·         Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines. ·         Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure. ·         Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality. ·          Proficient in written and spoken Indonesia and English.     Please send comprehensive resume with subject title of position applied for, recent photograph to the following email: attn.
