Lowongan Industrial Key Account Manager

 

Our Client A leading FMCG multinational company, looking for innovative, self motivated, qualified professionals to fill following position:

 

 

Industrial Key Account Manager  

 

Qualification:

·   Minumum D3 or University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related fields

·   3 years experience in related field in preferable Multi-National Companies.

·   Familiar with market of fast moving consumer good products (Food)

·   Good analytical and negotiation skill

·   Proficient of leading and motivating a team

·   Effective communication skills

·   Good sense of sales drive and influencing  skill

·   Sufficient in written and oral English

·   Computer literate

·   Experience in multinational company is an advantage

 

 

General Requirement :

The jobholders primary areas of responsibilities included (but are not limited to) the following activities:

 

·         Regular visit to each area with his responsibilities in industrial market and retail market e.g. product facing, product availability, merchandizing activity, shelving the products, distribution policy, price structure, product consumption in end customers, acting as marketing intelligence to monitoring what the competitors action.

·         Together with members of team, improving the job performance, increasing the sales performance with achieving the sales target.

·         Coordinate with the distributors, implementation the promotion and sales strategy, action program, merchandizing program.

·         Prepare a regular report to the superior e.g. marketing situation and analysis, pricing analysis stock and products availability, SWOT analysis and sales achievement.

·         Creating for market development in his area, e.g. to prospect outlets, potential customers, to end-users, institution, etc.

·         Supervising the sub ordinates.

·         Keeping good relationship with the customers, traders and users.

·         Keeping the team in harmony with all members of team, staff of distributors, key persons and the decision-maker.

·         Setting the sales target area, by distributor's branch, by product, by channel, by type of outlet, by territory, and by rayon.

·         Evaluating for all action sales and promoting program.

·         Evaluating for absence and discipline of sub ordinates.

·         Willing to travel outside Jakarta.
