Qualifications :
- Male, age 30 – 40 years old - 4 – 5 years of Human Resources experiences ( managing at least 1000 employees in Banking or Financial Institutions/ Microfinance. - Min. bachelor Degree of Finance or HR Business Management ) - Experince in Banking or Microfinance or Financial Institution is an advantage - Willing to travel all over Indonesia - Excellent written and oral in English Language is a Must - HR Certification ( Local or International ) is a plus and preferred
Qualifications :
- Almost similar with job description and requirements with HR Division Head with less experience and skills. - Experience as HR Manager in Microfinance/ Financial Institutions / Banking is an advantage - Reported to HR Division Head, HR Director, and CEO.
Qualifications :
