Title: Corporate Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- University graduate on Accounting
- 5 years related knowledge
- 7-10 years in Accounting Business including 3 years in Managerial
Role & 3 years exposure in Big 4 Auditing Firm.
Accountabilities:
- Develop harmonious team environment within corporate accounting,
comptroller's department and across other areas.
- Maintain systems and processes with the proper internal controls
to ensure integrity of the company's information and assets as well
as SOx compliance.
- Develop systems and processes to provide corporate financial
services that are efficient and effective and meet the needs of the
customers.
- Ensure that General Ledger accounts are accurately recorded and
reconciled on a timely basis.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis for
Comptroller's department customers.
- Ensuring that accounting group can provide timely, accurate and
efficient processing and payment of invoices using the appropriate
system tools.
- Ensuring that accounting group can provide timely and accurate
processing of all product sales including necessary documentation
and the associated receivables. Timely and accurate processing and
collection of employee and vendor receivables.
- Provide accurate and timely in formation and notes to the company
regulatory filings and annual report.
- Provide effective managerial leadership to corporate accounting
group.
- Lead continues improvement initiatives to improve the service and
support provided by corporate accounting group.
