Good communication skill (mandatory) 2. Good analytical & conceptual thinking (mandatory) 3. Fast learner (Mandatory) 4. Understand about Project Life Cycle & SDLC (Mandatory) 5. Understand UAT Concept and Quality Control (Mandatory) 6. Understand common Financial Business process (Mandatory) 7. Familiar with testing process (min 1 years experience) 8. Understand Oracle PL-SQL or any linear programming (optional) 9. Understand Multi Finance Business process (optional) System Analyst 1. Educational background: Computer Science from reputable University or relevant major disciplines. 2. Have 3 – 4 years experience as SA 3. Strong knowledge and skill to specify business requirement 4. Strong knowledge and skill in modeling language 5. Strong knowledge and skill in SDLC 6. Excellent in English (written & spoken) 7. Deeply understands one of modeling tool 8. Have good communication skill & analytical problem solving skill 9. Able to working under pressure Quality Assurance 1. Educational background: Computer Science from reputable University or relevant major disciplines. 2. Have 1 year experience as QA 3. Familiar with testing process 4. Excellent in English (written & spoken) 6. Familiar with Testing Documentation 7.
