Accounting Staff

Job Description:

• Journal recording for account payable from supplier
• Preparing journal for closing book, which are: Journal Accrued, Depreciation, Work In Process (WIP), Provision Inventory, Bad Debt
• File transaction form.
• Prepare monthly report, which are Stock taking Report, List Sales Vs Standard cost (Price Calculation), List Expenses, Financial Statement.
• Conduct monthly stock taking through sampling for: Finished Good, Raw Material, Packing, Spare part, Secondary Material, Fixed Asset.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, major Accounting
• Experience 1 year in similar position, fresh graduated are welcome with GPA more than 3.00
• Fluent in English
• Have a good knowledge in Accounting cycle and system
• Computer skills:  Ms Office (Excel: advance)
• Detailed , quick learner and have good logical thinking
