Job Title          : Marketing Associate Director/Marketing Director

Job Summary:

 

Manage new products and services initiatives as well as grow client base subscription to the Nielsen audience measurement, media and online products in order to grow the financial & business as objectives measured by a set of performance indicators. Reporting to Managing Director for Nielsen audience measurement, media and online; the position is an independent non structural position for the first year that required working with multi team that are needed for the products as project activities.

 

General Job Description:

 

Manage New Product & Services Initiatives:

·          Lead team as task force depending on requirement of the marketing activities up to sales delivery for the new product/services.

·          Coordinate with GBS, Product Leadership (Operations & Productions) & Client Leadership/Client Service team for marketing programs on products that are sourced from both: global and local initiatives.

·          Plan, organize, implement, control & review marketing activities based on sales delivery results; and improve process for sales delivery.

Grow Client Base Subscription:

·          Plan marketing strategies and tactical, based on clients need assessment

·          Match client needs assessment to the product & services from Nielsen audience, media and online.

·          Initiate services that are needed and feasible to deploy, that can provide results to the business growth financially; for short, medium and long term.

Grow Business & Financial:

·          Conduct marketing strategy & plan on identified areas of business opportunity for growth based on financial effectiveness & efficiencies.

·          Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate marketing & sales actions that will led to the achievement of the financial growth.

·          Ensure marketing strategies are implemented according to and aligned to the global/regional directions in order to meet the financial and business objectives.

 

 

General Position Pre-requisites:

§        Graduate from prominent university (post graduate will be an advantage)

§        Indonesian or Non Indonesian

§        Male/Female (age above 35 years)

§        Have minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Marketing and sales of multinational or large local companies (experience in media related industry is a plus).

§        Understand Marketing research with excellent client engagement skills.

§        Have management & leadership qualities.

§        Familiar with Media Industry (Broadcasters, Media Owners, Content Providers & Advertising) will be an advantage.

§        A team player, communicative, result driven with simple, open & integrated qualities.
