SENIOR RF CONSULTANT

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

·          Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process

·          Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.

·          Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

 

Requirement:

·     Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

·     More than 5 year's relevant experience in network planning optimization

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·     Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

·     Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage

·     Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

(Jakarta)

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Identify market potential and qualifying accounts

·         Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

·         Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention

·         Analyze project proposals

·         Establish distribution channels with key local clients

Requirement:

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - RF

(Jakarta)

 

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct Network planning & Network optimization

·         Research on key technology and application of network planning and optimization.

·         Monitoring and tracing significant network issues/problems. Conduct Project acceptance test according to project schedule;

·         Handle and support technical negotiation with customer.

·         Provide training to customer, OJT and junior technical persons.

·         Manage RF team resources; define the target based on project requirement and make action schedules.

·         Coordinating with other department to support RF parameter

 

Requirement:

·         Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

OUTSOURCING ASSISTANT

Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Organize or invite public bidding invitation for purchasing production materials; set up bidding organizational guidelines, bid evaluation standards and conduct bidding result analysis and conclusion
  • Be in charge of public bidding project management
  • Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
  • Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract implementation and stock conditions
  • Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same time maintain competitiveness of the bid.
  • Participate in commercial negotiation and clarification meetings.
  • Assist on confirmation and validation of the outsourcing and subcontractor on commercial aspects.
  • Establish and maintain the commercial information platform.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent
  • A Bachelor's degree holder with in Trade) or commercial contract laws.

MICROWAVE PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Microwave  Access & Backhaul network planning which includes LOS Surveys, link budget calculations, frequency analysis, and Interference analysis;

Requirements:

  • Experience of the project Management for Microwave Links Rollout.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and local language would be an advantage;
  • Good team builder and motivator with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to facilitate decision-making processes

  • Turn-key Project Roll-out experience for a minimum of 3 years (for Turnkey PM), or I&C experience for a minimum of 3 years (for non-Turnkey PM).
