Qualification 

1. Male or Female, Max 30 years old
2.  Bachelors (S1) degree from reputable universities in economy, preferable from Psychology, Management or other related social science
3. Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale : 4.00) 
4. Has working experience in recruitment or training department from reputable company will be preferable
5. Good written and spoken in English;
6. Excellent analytical skills, Good team work and communicative
