(1) CEM Manager for Office Operations (1 slot)
Principle Accountabilities:
01. Managing the day-to-day duties of the Critical Environment
Management and Engineering of Colliers FM to ensure the smooth and
efficient running of the Critical
Environment Management and Engineering of the facility portfolio
managed by Colliers FM, which mostly are the facilities (offices,
branches, residents) of
multinational corporations.
02. Under direction of the Senior Manager, maintaining facility Critical
Environment and Engineering services' operations, developing and
managing a skilled and
qualified management team, and maintaining good relationships with
clients as key focus of activities
03. Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operations of all
properties by maintaining SLAs/KPIs as agreed with each client.
04. Conducting coordination meetings, maintaining a good communication
line with clients, managing service delivery of both in-house team and
vendors.
05. Managing vendors, performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and providing
reports in writing of any incidents and routine activities.
06. Possessing good knowledge of standards, both international and
local, including ASHRAE, TIA, IEEE, PUIL, etc.
Educational Requirements:
S1 or higher degree from reputable universities, majoring in
Electrical Engineering.
Specific Requirements:
01. Minimum 5 years' experience in Critical Environment Management and
Engineering of an international corporations.
02. Hands-on experience in commissioning, testing and operation of
Critical Environment and commercial facilities, including UPS, CRAC,
Generator, Chiller,
Cooling Tower, FDAS, BMS, etc.
03. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office
Software.
04. Excellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in
both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
05. Ability to implement mechanical/systematical drawing for
troubleshooting and maintenance.
06. Arranging Operational Budget for Engineering Department.
07. Proven team building and leadership qualities are a must.
08. Ability to work under pressure, good leadership and interpersonal
skills.
(2) Facility Managers (4 slots)
Principle Accountabilities:
01. Executing the contracts between Colliers and the clients.
02. Coordinating all operations related to the Facility Management
service, including Engineering, Accounting, Administration, Helpdesk,
FM2U.
03. Developing system and procedures to allow an efficient operation on
continuous basis
04. Ensuring smooth delivery of the services to clients/customers,
including proper follow ups and updates to the clients/customers.
05. Coordinating with Senior Account Manager and Account Managers the
assignment of the Chief Engineer, Tenant Relations Officers, Helpdesk
operators, FM2U,
Technicians, Preventive Maintenance Technicians, Warehouse
Operators, and Renovation Officers.
06. Ensuring the profitability of the operation and to provide basis of
calculation to Finance to calculate the profitability level of each
project.
07. Maintaining a strict approved vendor list (each vendor should be
verified, visited and performance reviewed from time to time, at least
on a 6 monthly basis)
08. Conducting Monthly Gathering and other event as needed.
Educational Requirements:
S1 or higher from reputable universities, majoring in Engineering,
Property Business.
Specific Requirements:
01. Minimum 5 years' experience in facility management an international
corporations.
02. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office
Software.
03. Excellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in
both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

(3) Assistant Facility Manager ( 1 slot)

03. Ensuring a smooth delivery of the services to the clients/customers
including proper follow ups and updates to the clients/customers
04. Coordinating with Senior Account Manager and Account Managers the

02. Delivering services to tenants and vendors
03. Coordinating the work with team on daily morning briefing,
providing updates for the helpdesk to produce tenants' update.
04. Coordinate with Account Managers, Engineer, Building Champion,
Helpdesk operators, FM2U
Educational Requirements
D3 or S1 degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Specific Requirements:
01. Fluent in English both written and spoken
02. Capable in organizing a team
03. Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
04. Able to meet to deadline, willing to work hard, team worker, good
administration
05. Computer literate (ms office, lotus notes)
(5) Senior Project Manager (1 slot)
Principle Accountabilities
01. Project implementation based on action plan distribution.
02. All Invoices tracking.Make sure the payment will be release on
time.
03. All project Closing report and liaise with Client, Finance &
Project Administrator.
04. All master vendor agreement/contract vetted by Law consultant.
05. Developing & updating the unit rate (Construction Tenant
Improvement, Furniture, etc) based on actual project costing for
proposing budget scenario &
owner standard costing for bottom line negotiation tool in
bidding.
06. Preparing the generic price/sft of various projects
07. Supporting the cost estimation & required preparation for each
requested project.
Educational Requirements
S1 degree in Civil or Architect Engineering
Specific Requirements:
01. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Space Planning for
Commercial Area
02. Strong in techincal skill
03. Previous exposure to Multinational Companies at a relevant role
04. Strong communication skills, including good command of English both
verbal and written, needed when dealing with clients/customers and
co-workers

(8) Programmers (1 slots)
Principle Accountabilities
01. Developing applications as needed to manage portfolio of Colliers'
clients by means of in-house resources or third party involvements
02. Monitoring the needs of softwares or applications for the Facility
& Property Management operation
03. Providing ample training to all staff using the software or
applications
04. Documenting all software and/or application so that all aspects of
the software are easy to be understood by other Programmers or Colliers
IT Department
05. Implementing safety and security measures to ensure confidentiality
of important data, and reliability of the system against unforeseen
circumstances
06. Coordinating with the Senior Facility Manager in managing the
content and consistency of file directory (pmcfm, pmemoi, pmhess, etc)
and also the level of
authority each user and level of security each directory
07. Backing-up file at the file server as required in coordination with
Colliers IT Department
08. Maintaining the PABX and billing system in coordination with
Colliers IT Department
09. Managing and keeping all IT equipments and manual books in proper
places in coordination with IT staffs
Educational Requirements
S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information
System
Specific Requirements:
01. Minimum 3 years of working experience.
02. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Stored Procedure, View, etc.).
03. Familiar with SVN - Fluent in speaking, listening, and writing in
English.
(9)Technicians (6 slots)
Principle Accountabilities
01. Handling day-to-day related to technical tasks .
02. Performing preventive maintenance works on all Air Conditioning
(AC) system, Un-interruptible Power System (UPS), Gen-set, Pest Control,
etc.
03. Conducting the physical works to repair the installation, equipment
or system at the premises, in order to accelerate the business
operation.
Educational Requirements
D3 with minimum 1 year experience in AC, M/E or S1, Education
background in engineering (M/E, AC)
Requirements:
01. Male.
02. Honest and positive thinking.
03. Ability to meet to deadline, willing to work hard, team worker.
04. 2 (two) years experince in handling building maintenance, HVAC
(10) Technician Lampung and Malang (1 slot)
Principle Accountabilities
