*CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER *

*Key Result Areas :*
•  Optimise planning of Terminal given constraints of facilities and
customer orders •  To effect improvement in Customer Service Department. •
Leads team in addressing customer complaints and needs independently
and in co-ordination
with commercial department •   Provides expertise and advice to commercial
department in addressing feasibility of storage options and the various
implications for the customer •  Manages, trains and develops staff to
ensure motivation and capability of team to deliver business outcomes
•  Maintain
good customer rapport. •  Managing conflicting objectives of customer,
operations and commercial •  Takes initiative to sound out commercial
opportunities and provides feedback from customers

*General Requirement :*
•  About 8-10 years terminal experience, inclusive a minimum of 3 years as
Logistics Analyst •   Broad understanding of logistics management with wide
industry-based knowledge desirable •  Good written and spoken communications
skills
