CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for meeting arrangement with prospective candidates
2. Handle
incoming and outgoing email/letter correspondence
3. Responsible for all
incoming and outgoing calls
4. Provide service assistance to all visitor and
guests
5. Assist in updating database and research system
6. Assist
Managing Director for general inquiries
Requirements:
1.Fluent in
English both oral and written
2.Having at least Associate Degree (D3) from
Secretarial Study
3.Have good interpersonal skill and communication
skill
4.Preferably 1 year experience as Administration Staff/Receptionist/
Secretary.
5. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
