Vacancy TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER for Big Company

TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER

To meet our strong business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a good sales track record to take responsibility for the lead in the development, integration and execution of sales strategies, plans and activities. The incumbent needs to be the account manager and solution provider for large corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and provide sales support to channel partners in Indonesia under the Moto country lead.
• Act as account Manager and solution provider for small to medium accounts.
• Customer and Partner satisfaction
• Develop solutions for customer in targeted areas integrating Symbol product lines and drive implementation through our Channel partners.
• Develop relationships with key customer groups through pull techniques that will expand corporate relationships within the client corporation.
• Grow new and existing accounts through thought leadership, competitive migrations, consolidations, global expansion, and vertical solutions.
To qualify, you need to have:
• Proven Leadership and Major Account and Partner Management skills.
• Experienced at solution-based selling in several of the Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Healthcare, Government, m-CRM verticals.
• Capable of dealing at CXO levels and setting the vision for Symbol in these accounts.
• Can facilitate the collaboration of both internal and Partner team members..
• Capable of leveraging partners to develop high-level business cases and value propositions.
• Capable of building business plan to achieve objectives and successfully executing against it.
• 3-5+ Years of sales in the Information Technology/Management field.
• Software, Hardware and Services Sales experience
• Bachelor degree Required;
