ASSISTANT OLT MANAGER - Vacant Position

currently looking for:

ASSISTANT ONLINE TRADING MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:
Manage all phone, email, serves customers by providing product and
service information;  enrollment processing and service problems
resolving.

Substitute line above with following:
- Primary responsibility is assisting new clients through the customer
enrollment process and resolving their issues.
- Lead contact for all customer service inquiries whether by phone,
email, or other communication.
- Maintain customer records and database.
- Provide live demonstration of on line trading system as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- Female, age max 27
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- S1 Graduated min GPA 2.80 from reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service of Banking or
Capital Market industry
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Computer literate - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
application, Internet;  knowing general  IT technology  is a plus.
- Able working under pressure, well adapt and fast learner
