* Female, age below 28 years old
* Min. Diploma Degree in Marketing or Business Management,
preferable overseas graduate
* Have experience 1-2 years in marketing, preferable in property
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, preferable can speak
in hokkian and mandarin language
* Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and
ambitious toward goals and target
