Who Do
We need
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (Jr.)
The
Position
The
successful candidate will report to Corporate Plan & Development Director with dotted line to the Head of
Secretary. The incumbent provides
secretarial support to Directors; which may include personal assistance
services, filling, meeting arrangement, presentation and other relevant
secretarial accountabilities. As for development, this position will require
essential knowledge of office management, procurement or public communication.
The
Person
- Minimum Diploma 3 majoring in Secretary
- Having at least 3 years experiences as
Secretary
- Highly developed communication and
presentation skills
- Advance in English (both oral and written) and
computer skills
- Possess good aptitude, interpersonal skill, flexibility
and sense of urgency
