Responsibilities :
* To handle day-to-day orders for inspection and audit business
for general customers
* To coordinate with international sales affiliates ensuring the
inspection and audit works are handled properly in meeting client
expectation
* To coordinate with exporters in Indonesia for the inspection and
audit works
* To ensure reporting to sales affiliates and clients promptly
Qualifications :
* 1-2 years experience in international business administration
* Good English command
* PC literate
Specific Training :
* CTS inspection requirements and criticality
* Communication
* Business writing skills (email correspondence)
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (CODE : CTS - KAE)
Responsibilities :
* To handle day-to-day orders for key accounts
* To coordinate with GKAM (Global Key Account Manager) and RKAM
(Regional Key Account Manager) that we can deliver in meeting or
exceeding key account expectation
* To coordinate with exporters in Indonesia for the inspection
works
* To ensure reporting and summary to GKAM, RKAM and Key Accounts
promptly
Qualifications :
* 3 years experience in international business administration
* Excellent English command
* PC literate
Specific Training :
* CTS inspection requirements and criticality
* Communication
* Business writing skills (email correspondence)
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (CODE : FIN-SUN)
Specific Requirement
1. Min 5 years in service / consultancy industry.
2. Experience in accounting & reporting management, modeling, cash
flow, and budgeting.
3. Preferable experience in related industries or from large
multinational companies.
4. Experience using SUN system is a must.
5. Microsoft office knowledge is a must.
6. Has balance between high level overview & attention to details.
General Requirement
1. Bachelor or Master Degree graduates in Accounting.
2. Proficient verbal and written English.
3. Computer literate,
4. Willing to travel when required, responsible & trustworthy,
5. Eager to learn new things,
6. GOOD ATTITUDE
