Job Description and Responsibilities :
This position will mostly manage secretarial administrations, arrange
or noted all appointments with clients, secretarial services, travel
arrangement for director's activities on schedule, making or saving
report management, correspondence, distributing information through
the use of telephones, mail or e-mail, arranging and scheduling
meetings or appointments, organizing and preserving paper and computer
files and job others from director.
General qualification the following :
*Female, Single, Max.30 years old.
*Min. Diploma Degree in Secretary, GPA of 3.00.
*Fluent in English and operation computer Windows or internet.
*Communication & interpersonal skills.
*Good personalities, Self confidence and High motivation.
*High integrity and loyalty.
*Honest, responsibility, and trustworthy.
*Able to work effectively and under pressure.
*Willing to work in Bogor immediately.
