POSITION SUMMARY
We seek marketing managers for key account and relationship management
who will identify, negotiate and close deals on large scale, develop
marketing according to need and help create marketing strategy.

The role requires attention to detail, professional attitude, will to
win time and again, and ingrained efficiency. Ideally you have already
good relationships at a number of top firms and want to develop new
ones while smoothly negotiating the next deal.

Work can be performed as telework or telecommute initially or fully.
However, after a certain performance and progression is achieved,
the position holder may want to grow even more and desire to travel
or live close to the target market or continental responsibility.

Reports to: Director, Marketing & Business Development

FUNCTIONS
• Finding strategic partners and large customers, close deals and
manage resulting relationships, all resulting in increased revenue.
• Functioning as central point of contact for your partners and
customers as well as researching ongoing and future needs.
• Developing opportunities via understanding of product range and
benefits; effectively communicating those to partners and customers.
• Growing partner revenue and thereby our revenue by supporting their
demand generation and marketing activities.
• Working strategically with partners to create, manage and execute
quarterly business goals; reviewing goals regularly with partners.

PREREQUISITES
• BA/BS required. Masters/MBA preferred. Experience rules over rating.
In lieu of degrees, proven marketing/biz dev skills accepted.
• Existing strong relationships to top organizations to hit the
ground running in this marketing role.
• Proven experience and demonstrated ability closing opportunities,
managing multiple projects and effectively negotiating deals.
• Highly effective problem solving skills and outstanding
communication skills to convince partners and customers.
• Passion for marketing and ability to understand the training and
organizational development industry quickly.
• Excellent work ethic, self-starter, high self-discipline.
• Driven by results, creative over-achiever.

LOCATION
Multiple locations around the world. Please indicate which
location you would like to market to and what your expertise is in
relation to this geography when indicating a preference.

COMPENSATION
Commensurate with experience, up to USD 85,000 per year plus bonus.
