Besides full consulting interventions, GML also provides in-house and routine public workshops to help our clients better equip themselves with leading concepts that could help them better translate their strategy into action.
Due to business expansion, the firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated person to fill the position of:
1. Senior Management Consultants (SMC)
• Master's degree, with GPA min 3.0 (out of 4.0)
• At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position
• Experienced in leading implementation of company wide projects
• Excellent presentation skills in English & Bahasa
• Knowledge on Balanced Score Card (BSC) or Human Resources field would be an advantage
2. Management Consultants (MC)
• Provide advisory and consultancy service on BSC and/or HR issue to existing corporate clients
• Master's degree, with GPA min 3.0 (out of 4.0)
• At least 2 years of work experience in supervisory position
• Strong project management, time management, and organization skills
• Excellent presentation skills in English & Bahasa
3. Business Development Manager (BDM)
• Responsible to generate sales leads of high prospective corporate clients, deliver powerful sales presentation.
• Bachelor's degree, with GPA min.3.0 (out of 4.0)
• At least 5 years of work experience in managing sales team
• Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
4. Business Development Executive (BDE)
• Responsible to generate sales leads of high prospective corporate clients, deliver powerful sales presentation.
• Bachelor's degree, with GPA min.3.0 (out of 4.0)
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
5. Program Development Officer (PDO)
• Bachelor's degree, with GPA min.3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Responsible to design training programs or modify and improve existing programs, including participant workbook, case studies, role play scenarios, games, etc.
• Has experience in developing e-learning program using various platform
• In-depth knowledge of BSC/HR/Management concept will be preffered
• Good computer skills
6. Accounting & Finance Officer (FO)
• Bachelor's degree in Accouting, with GPA min.3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Prepare accurate and timely accounting and financial reports
• Good knowledge of applicable tax regulations
7. Human Resources Supervisor
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Has knowledge of psychological test for recruitment purpose
• 2-3 years in the same field
• Has ability to work without supervision
• Has good interpersonal skill
8. E-learning Development Specialist
• Having experience in developing e-learning program using various platform
• Having experience in e-learning design, including developing story boards, narrations, interactions, and learning
• Experience with Moodle customization is preferred.
9. Administration Staff
• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Good working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) effectively
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
10. Trainer
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in conducting training related experience.
• Excellent presentation skills and convincing.
• Good working knowledge in computer software (M/S Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
• TTT certification (additional advantages).
• Strong background /knowledge in Human Resources is an added value.
11. IT Consultant
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Consultant.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• Ability to master new technology is a plus
• Programming ability is an advantage
