BTN Syariah is the Strategic Bussiness Unit (SBU) of the Bank BTN doing business with the principles of sharia, began operations on February 14, 2005 through the opening of the first Sharia Branch Office in Jakarta.
The opening of this SBU in order to serve the high public interest in utilizing the services of Islamic finance principles of excellence and attention to Islamic Banking, the MUI fatwa on bank interest, and to implement the results of the 2004 AGM.
