Land Access & Planning Coordinator in GMR Group

Due the development and especially acquiring coal mining (CCOW) in Indonesia, We are now seeking outstanding talent as the following position:

 

Land Access & Admin Coordinator

 

Main Role

To assist the Land Access & Planning Manager in Palembang to ensure that land or property acquisitions and negotiations with land or property owners and their representatives are in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

 

Role of Accountabilities

  • Review necessary documents required to obtain the necessary real estate rights for the client
  • Assemble accurate warrant request packets, title information, and supporting documents for title and document approval
  • Ensure the construction schedule is achieved by maintaining records of all negotiations, status updates, and all other documentation necessary to fulfil state record requirements
  • Review and analyse land title reports and other related documents in order to secure the interest in right of way necessary to complete the improvement.
  • Assist in clarifying and resolving title issues and objections to title, and other issues related to specific land or property acquisition

 

Role Cognitive

Able to exercise judgments requiring "Assertive" processing (such as require to be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the road.

 

Knowledge & Skill

·         5 years++ (with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in land compensation execution)

·         Able to assess and appropriate documentation to the designated areas, determine document requirements and missing data, and influence the collection of the data

·         Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company

·         High motivation to fulfilling requests to meet timelines supporting the work of others

·         Able to pay attention to details, be organized, and work meticulously with processed data

·         Able to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks on a daily basis

·         Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff and clients at all levels to establish quick relationships

Specific Required

           1.       Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Engineering or Communication, or Social Sciences disciplines.

           2.       Experience over than 5 years and strong background knowledge in handling land compensation execution.

           3.     Computer Literate: Microsoft Office

           4.       Strong organization, time management, written and oral communication skills.

           5.     Good Project Management

           6.     Ability to work independently and in a team environment

           7.     Ability to project a professional image, and to demonstrate courtesy and sensitivity to others

           8.     Willing to be located in Palembang, South Sumatera
