Vacancy at 315 Communication Secretary & Administration



 

315 Communication, brand activation arm of Kencana Rodo Group currently looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and qualified candidates to be part of our team

 

Secretary & Administration


(Jakarta Raya)

 

Requirements:

•  Female, max 30 years old

•  Min. 1 years experience in the same position

•  Min. D3 degree from a reputable secretary Institutions

•  Fresh graduates are welcome, Experienced (preferable)

•  Familiar with Finance (preferable)

•  Computer literate (familiar with office, excel, etc)

•  Able to speak and written in English

•  Excellent interpersonal skills, Communicative and able to cooperate with field work environment

Account Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

 

•  Accountable for maximizing pitching, sales and price realization;

•  Ensure continuity of the relationship and operates at multiple levels in the accounts' organizations;

•  Prepare the annual account plan and execution;

•  Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies;

•  Responsible for filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends;

•  Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts;

•  Collaboration with channel partners where required;

•  Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives;

•  Ensure concept and quotations are completed and delivered within time limits;

•  Ensure any third party person or organization, is properly validated for compatibility / compliance of specifications;

•  Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

•  High potential leadership;

•  Minimum Bachelor degree,

•  Min 2 years working experience Activation Agency would be an added advantage;

•  Proficient in English both speaking and written;

•  Excellent communication & presentation skills;

•  Good coordination capability is willing to travel and to spend most of the time in the activity field.

•  The incumbent has to have strong drive;

•  Good analytical & excellent personal and interpersonal skills;Positive attitude, good self-confidence.
