Customer Service officer in CIMB Securities


Needed urgently:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

This position will be responsible for handling account opening process and telephone enquiries from customer, as well as providing any assistance related to customer service.

 

To be successful, you should posses the following qualification:

  • Min 2-3 years experience in Capital Market or Financial Industry.
  • Experienced in handling customer.
  • Posses knowledge about credit risk and customer acceptance process.
  • Good communication skill, high team work spirit and highly motivated person .
  • Good command in oral and written English
  • Pleasant personality and appearance
