Urgently Required Customer Service Representative

*CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)*

*Job Purpose:* Manage all phone/email, serves customers by providing
product and service information; enrollment processing and service problems
resolving.

*Requirements:
*· Female, age min 25, max 35 with pleasant personality and good
communication skill.
· Min. D3/S1 all major, preferable in Communication/Public
Relations/Economic, min GPA 2.75.
· Experience min 3 years in the same position at securities or financial
company;
· Good command of spoken & written English;
· Computer literate - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application,
Internet; knowing general IT technology is a plus.
· Skill Qualification - Product Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening,
Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking and able to work in team.
· Knowledge and interest of Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial
investment products such as reksadana is a plus
