Vacancy : Personal Assistant for Expatriate



 


Our Client, a Holding Company which has line of business inservices of earth moving, real estate, marine services, marine vessel fabrication, security services is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the followingposition: 

Personal Assistant
Choosed Location: Jakarta or Lombok

Requirements: 

* Preferably Single, Female, 28 - 35 years old. 
* Willing to traveling a lot.
* Min. Diploma degree from any major. 
* Min. 5 years expereinces in the same position. 
* Mature personality, Be respectful, honest and trustworthy. 
* Fluency in English is required. 
* Computer skills at highly proficient level. 
* Report to Managing Director (Expatriate). 
* Time management skill. 
* Stress management skill. 
* Analytical and problem solving skill 
* Knowledge cash flows and general financial concepts, travel arrangement, planning and scheduling, strong organizational skill, disciplined.

Responsibilities: 

* To delegated management of staff and projects assisting the MD at all levels within scope of ability. 
* To assisting MD to a very high level, must be a decision maker and willing to take responsibility and independent. 
* To maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of Managing Director.
